蜂窝夹层结构承力筒在FY-3卫星上的应用

摘    要:为进一步提高卫星的性能,将蜂窝夹层结构用于“风云三号”(FY-3)卫星推进舱和服务舱的承力筒。对蜂窝夹层结构承力筒进行了设计、生产和试验,并对承力筒的结构参数进行了优化分析。计算和试验结果表明,卫星采用蜂窝夹层结构承力筒,能满足设计要求,对结构减重具有重要意义。

Abstract:The honeycomb sandwich cylinder is applied in the thrust and service cabin to improve the performance of FY-3 satellite in this paper. The design, manufacture and test of the honeycomb sandwich cylinder are presented, and the optimal of the structure parameters is also analyzed. The computation and test results are showed that the new design has been met the demands, which has important meaning to reduce the weight of satellite structure while using honeycomb sandwich cylinder.
