| 摘 要： | 目的评估以学生社团为基础,在医学生中开展艾滋病健康教育的有效性。方法随机整群抽取一至四年级学生,由社团成员进行多种形式的艾滋病干预活动,干预前后分别填写事先统一设计的相同问卷,统计分析有关数据,评价干预效果。结果干预后,研究对象对基本知识及传播途径、个人防病态度及行为意向的正确认知均有所提高(p<0.05)。医学生有较强的公共卫生意识,但部分观念和态度没有改变。结论以学生社团为基础在医学生中开展艾滋病健康教育是行之有效的,但仍存在一定局限性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of AIDS health education and provide AIDS prevention education on medical college students. Methods Grades 1 -4 of medical students were chosen randomly using cluster sampling method. The same questionnaires were answered before and after the health education by members of a students＇ association. Data were statistically analyzed and the impacts were evaluated. Results After the intervention , the students learned more knowledge about AIDS, including the basic knowledge, AIDS transmission routes,epidemic situation, manners and active intention for AIDS prevention（p 〈 0.05 ）. The awareness on public health was strengthened. However, some students made little progress on attitude towards AIDS, Conclusion Students＇ association based heahh education shows obvious effectiveness, but limitation still exists. |
