摘    要:为提升管壳式换热器换热管和管板机械胀接可靠性,通过对胀接密封原理研究,提出采用金相、应力应变以及拉脱力相结合的方式对胀接密封可靠性进行评价.试验结果表明,金相法可准确测量和评价铜管壁厚减薄情况和胀接有效长度;应力应变法可有效检测胀接过程管板孔孔桥壁受应力大小,以此来评价周围管板孔已胀接铜管是否发生径向收缩塑性变形;拉脱...

Study on Reliability Evaluation Method for Mechanical Expansion Connection of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger
Abstract:In order to improve the mechanical expansion reliability of heat exchange tube and tubesheet of shell-andtube heat exchanger,by studying the expansion sealing principle,it is proposed to evaluate the expansion sealing reliability by combining metallography,stress-strain and pull-out force.The results show that the metallographic method can accurately measure and evaluate the thinning of copper pipe wall thickness and the effective length of expansion joint;the stress-strain method can effectively detect the stress on the bridge wall of tubesheet hole during expansion process,so as to evaluate whether the expanded copper pipe around tubesheet hole has radial shrinkage plastic deformation;the pull-out force method can effectively obtain and evaluate the optimal contact residual pressure between copper tube and tubesheet.
