摘    要:采用喷射预荷电及荷电活化水技术,改造铝厂炭素阳极焙烧炉的烟尘冷却塔,使其不仅保留了原来降温功能,而且改变了冬季烟尘温度低的烟尘冷却方式,同时增加了除尘作用,并进行理论分析.

Abstract:The smoke cooling tower of the carbon-anode roaster in an aluminium manufacturer, which is modified by adopting the technology of spraying precharging and charged activated water, not only remains the original cooling funtion, but also improves the former smoke cooling way under low temperature in winter. The effect of dust precipitation is improved and the mechanism is analyzed in theory.
