摘    要:雷达组网系统复杂、涉及因素多,且部分因素存在信息不完全性和不确定性,针对经典层次分析法求指标权重值不够客观且需要进行一致性检验的缺点,提出改进的灰色层次分析法。先变换灰数判断矩阵,再求单一准则下元素的相对权重,即根据现有层次所有元素相对上一层次的重要性进行排序。由于该解自然满足一致性,故不需要进行一致性检验。例证表明该方法行之有效。
