| 摘 要： | 针对长钢轨焊接生产线钢轨输送系统，采用Modicon系列PLC、ATV系列变频器和三相异步电机，以CANopen现场总线控制方式设计了钢轨输送系统的软、硬件。详细介绍了基于CANopen现场总线的PLC与变频器之间通讯软件的设计与调试，对系统应用控制软件也进行了详细介绍，采用所设计的软件实现了钢轨的输送控制，达到了输送控制要求。

| Abstract: | According to the rail transport system of long rail welding production line, the software and hardware were designed with the method of CANopen field bus control, by using Modicon PLC, ATV Inverter and three-phase asynchronous motor. It was introduced in detail the designing and debugging of the communication software between PLC and Inverter based on CANopen field bus, and the system application control software. By using the software designed, the transport control of rail was achieved, and the control demand was reached. |
