| Abstract: | In order to do well in the education of humanistic quality in primary and middle schools,and cultivate the talents with scientific humanistic spirit,creativities and an all-round way devoloping,the head teachers play very important roles.They must try their best to cultivate their own humanistic spirit in the daily education and constantly develop their own humanistic quality,which can lead to the good job of their own. |
