| 摘 要： | 高等学校作为社会发展竞争中的重要软实力因素，其本身的发展就存在一个软实力问题。因此，打造和提升软实力是当前高等学校发展中的一个重要课题。从软实力的内涵入手，强调高校提升软实力的迫切性和意义，分析目前我国高校软实力建设方面存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出加强高校软实力建设的对策。

| Abstract: | College, as an important factor of social＇s soft power, exist soft power problem in its development. So, at present, to construct and promote soft power is a significant subject for colleges. This paper begins with the definition of the soft power, emphasizes the urgency and significance for college＇s promoting of soft power, analyze the problems existing in the building of college＇s soft power. Finally, some advices are given for strengthening the building of college＇s soft power. |
