| 摘 要： | 400Hz航空逆变电源要求输出电压波形总谐波含量小,稳压、稳频精度高.由此提出一种基于直接数字频率合成(Direct Digital Synthesis,简称DDS)的SPWM波形产生新方法.利用该方法设计制造的航空逆变电源的输出电压波形谐波含量小,稳频精度高.根据一个DDS频率合成的数学模型,介绍了基于DDS理论在75F2413A单片机上实现SPWM波形的原理和方法.以及利用75F2413A的MCP模块生成SPWM波的简便性.通过9 kVA的样机试验证明了该方法的先进性.

| Abstract: | 400Hz three-phase aviation inverter required the output voltage waveform to have high precision and stabiliza-tion.A new method for producing SPWM based on direct digital synthesis(DDS) was proposed.The performance of the avi-ation inverter based on the new strategy is very good.The way to generating SPWM waveform by DDS technology was in-troduced based on the mathematic mode of DDS on 75F2413A.The experimental results on the 9 kVA inverter show that the SPWM waveform based on the MCP mode of 75F2413A is easy to create and the method for producing SPWM based on DDS is advanced. |
