掘进爆破技术在明利铁矿中的应用

摘    要:针对明利铁矿岩巷掘进爆破效果差、效率低的问题,综合运用掘进爆破技术着重从炮孔的布置、装药量和起爆时差三方面对爆破方案进行了重新设计,结果每循环进尺量达到了2.5m,月进尺量由原来的72m提高到了150m,显著缩短了工期,提高了生产效率.该方案在岩巷掘进中显示了巨大的优越性,对类似条件下的掘进爆破有一定的指导作用.

Abstract:According to the problems of poor effect and low efficiency of the heading blasting in the rock tunnel of Mingli Iron Mine,the boreholes disposition,charge quantify and detonating delay were optimized by comprehensively applying the technologies of heading blasting and smooth blasting.As a result,each circulation heading level reached 2.5m and each month heading level increased to 150m from original 72m,which observably decreased construction time and improved production efficiency.The scheme of heading blasting shows great advantage in excavation the rock tunnel and offers guidance for the similar project.
