渗漏源等效模拟参数与舱段进水量相关性研究

摘    要:为增强实机渗漏源的缩比简化依据、提升渗漏源的等效模拟精度,基于实机渗漏源参数开展了相应的渗流特性相关性研究,并设计了舱段模型舱内外水线高度监测试验装置和进水量实时输出监测程序。试验表明该试验装置/程序可用于研究目标舱段渗流特性与进水量、进水时间的相关性关系,对于探索缩比模型相对实机舱段缝隙渗漏源的渗漏源简化模拟方法也具有一定的适用性。结果表明:渗漏源参数中渗漏源面积、渗漏源形状及位置分布均会对舱段进水特性产生一定影响。其中,调整渗漏源位置可一定程度增加最终进水量,而调整渗漏源面积则可有效改变舱段的进水速度和进水时间。为实现对缝隙渗漏源实机舱段的等效缩比模拟,应在渗漏源面积缩比基础上,同时修正渗漏源面积和中心位置来实现进水量曲线的吻合统一。

Abstract:In order to enhance the simplification basis for the leakage source of full-scale airplane and improve the equivalent simulation accuracy of the leakage source, the correlation study of seepage characteristics was carried out based on the parameters of full-scale airplane leakage source,and the test device for monitoring the waterline height inside and outside of the cabin model and the real-time output monitoring program of water inflow were designed. The test shows that the test device/program can be used to study the correlation between the leakage source characteristics of the target compartment and the water intake and time. It also has a certain applicability for exploring the simplified simulation method of leakage source of the scaled model relative to the real gap leakage source of the full-scale compartment. The results show that the area, shape and location distribution of leakage sources will have certain influence on the inflow characteristics of the cabin.Among them, adjusting the location of leakage source can increase the final water inflow to a certain extent, while adjusting the area of leakage source can effectively change the water inflow speed and time. In order to realize the equivalent scaling simulation of the real cabin section of the gap leakage source, the leakage source area and the center position should be revised simultaneously on the basis of the scaling of the leakage source area to realize the coincidence and unification of the inflow curve.
