软岩巷道局部弱结构非对称变形关键部位补偿支护技术

摘    要:软岩巷道支护失稳,通常是由对称支护结构抗力不足和局部弱结构所诱发。巷道局部弱结构所诱发的支护体系失稳,是工程施工中的常见现象。通过分析非对称变形破坏机理,提出软岩巷道局部弱结构非对称变形关键部位补偿支护对策(即在普通锚网喷支护基础上,对巷道局部弱结构,增加锚杆长度和数量及锚注支护,进行非对称补偿支护),并进行工程试验,取得了预期效果。

Compensated Support Technology of Key Location in Asymmetric Deformation of Local Weak Structure in Mine Soft Rock Roadway
Abstract:A support instability of a mine soft rock roadway was generally caused by the insufficient re-sistance of the symmetry support structure and the local weak structure.The local weak structure of the mine roadway would cause the instability of the support system and would be a common phenome-non occurred in the engineering construction.With the analysis on the asymmetric deformation failure mechanism,the paper provided the compensated support countermeasures to the key location of the asymmetric deformation in the local weak structure of the mine soft rock roadway (that was to based on the conventional bolt/steel mesh/shotcreting support,the asymmetric compensated support would be conducted on the local weak structure with the length and number of the bolts increased and the bolt/grouting support).The engineering experiment was conducted with the estimated effect.
