摘    要:换流变较普通交流变压器有载分接开关操作频率高,随着调压次数的增多,操作不良和故障率也相应增加。结合典型的换流变有载分接开关档位不一致故障,分析有载分接开关档位不一致的主要原因为继电器剩磁,并提出增大继电器恢复时间、对继电器进行去磁处理的改进建议,运行经验表明提出的措施可有效减少有载分接开关滑档出现的概率,提高可靠性。

Abstract:Compared with ordinary AC transformer,the converter transformer has a higher operation frequency of the on-load tap changer (OLTC).As voltage regulation is made more frequently,poor operation and fault rate will increase.Under consideration of the typical fault of gear-position inconsistency of OLTC,this paper points out that residual magnetism of the relay is the main cause of such inconsistency of this model,and makes an improvement suggestion for extension of the recovery time of the relay and demagnetization of the relay.Operational experience shows that the proposed suggestion can reduce the probability of running-through fault of OLTC and improve its reliability.
