| Abstract: | Based on the construction management experiences of the author over the past 20 years in Hong Kong, and the construction practice of several mega construction projects in H.K with the world prominent first class construction firms. The article systematically presents the author's opinions on construction management policy, construction contract, professional supervision, construction law, talent qualified international construction management and etc. The article provides a good references and proven models of international construction management for the PRC construction industry to internationalize its overall construction management. |
