| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者血清晚期糖基化终朱产物(AGEs)水平变化及其与肝功能的关系.方法 选择70例2型糖尿病患者(其中35例肝功能异常,35例肝功能正常)、70例肝硬化患者(其中33例血糖异常,37例血糖正常),另选35例健康者为正常组.检测各组AGEs、ALT、HA、LN、PCⅢ和CⅣ水平,分析AGEs水平变化与血糖、肝功能、肝纤维化指标的相关性.结果 糖尿病组和肝硬化组AGEs的水平均高于正常对照组(1.0±0.5,P<0.01),而肝功能异常的糖尿病患者AGEs水平显著高于单纯糖尿病患者(17.1±11.1 u/mL vs 11.85±5.7 u/mL,P<0.05).肝硬化合并糖尿病患者血清AGEs水平(22.4±9.7 u/mL)显著高于单纯肝硬化患者(4.5±2.6 u/mL)(P<0.05).血清AGEs与肝功(r=0.374)、透明质酸(HA)低度正相关(r=0.457),与血糖水平(r=0.551)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)肝纤维化指标中度正相关(γ值分别为0.509,0.519,0.507).结论 糖尿病合并肝功能异常患者血清AGEs水平明显升高,可能对糖尿病患者的肝病进展具有一定的影响.
