基于二元语义的装配式建筑方案评价研究

摘    要:为合理建立装配式建筑方案评价体系,解决评价中的信息模糊性和专家偏好差异问题,从经济性、技术性和环境性3 个维度选取指标,构建与装配式建筑特点相适应的评价指标体系,提出一种基于二元语义和最大共识法的改进 AHP-TOPSIS评价方法。结合具体装配式建筑实例,验证了所建立的装配式建筑方案评价体系与方法的合理性和有效性。

Abstract:This research aims at establishing a reasonable prefabricated construction scheme evaluation system and solving theproblem of information ambiguity and the preference difference of experts in evaluation. An evaluation index system considering thecharacteristics of prefabricated buildings is built from economic, technical and environmental dimensions. An improved AHP -TOPSIS evaluation method based on binary semantic and maximum consensus is put forward. The rationality and validity of theevaluation system and method of prefabricated building scheme established in this paper are verified by application on a specificprefabricated building case
