摘    要:低碳消费与经济发展道路和经济发展阶段有关,在消费领域其重要特征是优先购买绿色产品和服务。为促进绿色消费,发展中国家应采取有效措施努力降低个人生活中的碳排放量,倡导节制的消费生活方式,优先购买和使用绿色产品。企业和政府要为消费者优先购买和使用绿色产品创造更有利的条件,政府要为企业开发绿色产品提供更多的扶持政策,企业也要积极采用绿色技术和绿色认证标志,为购买者提供独特的绿色价值,使企业的绿色产品成为更加有竞争力的资源。

Abstract:The low-carbon consumption is related to the economy development phrase. In the consumption field, the low-carbon consumption is characteristic with the priority to buy the green products and services. Developing countries should apply effective strategies to lower carbon emissions during human being's life and initiate simple life and take precedence to purchase and use green products. On the other hand, corporations and governors should aid consumers to do so. Government should support corporations to develop green products and latter should apply advanced technology and green certification to supply green values for consumers that will be powerful weapon to break the barriers to international trade.
