社会主义新农村道德建设刍议

道德建设是社会主义新农村生产发展的动力,是促进新农村精神文明建设的需要,也是建立农民新型、文明、健康生活方式的需要。当前农村社会由于市场经济的负面作用,农业生产生活方式的制约以及道德建设工作不力,给新农村道德建设造成了一定障碍。为了克服这些障碍,应当大力发展农村经济、加强各级党委、政府的组织领导、建立专门化的农村道德教育机构、加强社会主义荣辱观教育、采取丰富多彩的道德建设形式,从而构建科学的社会主义新农村道德建设体系。

Discussion on the Moral Construction of New Socialist Countryside

In the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of our party the important strategic task of building new socialist countryside was put forward.Strengthening the moral construction of village and improving the moral qualities of peasants would be one of the aims to realize the overall construction of the socialist new villages.Moral construction is the driving force of the development of new socialist countryside and the need to facilitate the spiritual construction of new village,and also the need to build the new and civilized and healthy life of peasants.At present,because of the negative effect of market economy in village,the restraint of agricultural production,the way of life and the inefficiency of moral construction,brought some barracks to moral construction of new socialist countryside.In order to overcome these barracks,we ought to highly develop village economy,and strengthen the leadership of party committee and government at all levels,and establish the special moral education institutes in village,and strengthen the education of the sense of socialist honor and shame,and adopt kinds of forms of moral construction,so that we can build a scientific system of moral construction in village.
