摘    要:φ139.7mm套管开窗侧钻属于小井眼微间隙钻井。针对近年套管开窗侧钻中出现的开窗失败、小井眼井控问题、井下安全钻进、尾管悬挂器失效以及钻井液携带岩屑问题进行分析,提出了有效的解决措施,对进一步提高开窗侧钻小井眼微间隙钻井技术具有一定的促进作用。

Abstract:The O/ 139.7mm casing window-milling and sidetracking belongs to the slimhole drilling with the micro-clearance.This paper analyses the problems encountered in slimhole operations in recent years,such as window-milling failure,difficulty of slimhole well control,safety trouble in downhole drilling,liner hanger failure and low capability of cuttings transport by drilling fluid.From this,some effective countermeasures have been taken,which has a certain promotion action to further improve the techniques of casing window-milling and sidetracking.
