孤网高频问题的分析与控制策略研究

摘    要:孤网高频事故对电网与发电机组安全运行会造成很大威胁,为了进行孤网高频问题分析,根据某孤网故障地区机组实际发电情况,构建了以锅炉、汽机、协调控制系统、数字电液调节系统和超速保护控制系统为基础的详细的孤网运行与控制仿真平台。通过仿真,较准确地再现了此地区孤网故障的整个过程;并得出了孤网高频失稳的原因,即一次调频限幅和OPC定值设置不当,以及功率控制环节与OPC动作冲突。在此基础上提出了基于广域测量数据的机网协调控制策略,该策略能使机组的功率指令跟随电网负荷变化,利于频率稳定。通过仿真验证了此控制策略能大幅提高孤网运行的稳定性。

Abstract:High frequency faults of isolated power grid will seriously affected the stability and reliability of power system.An operating and control simulation platform for isolated power grid are set up and the simulation is based on the detailed models of the boiler,turbine,coordinated control system,digital electric-hydraulic control system,over speed protection controller and so on.By means of simulation,the accuracy of this platform is verified and the cause which leads to high frequency instability of the isolated power grid is proposed.It shows that the improper parameter of primary frequency and OPC are the main causes of high frequency faults of isolated power grid.In addition,the control for high frequency of isolated power grid based on wide area measuring data is proposed.Through the simulation,this control strategy is verified to enhance the stability and reliability of isolated power grid greatly.
