| 摘 要： | 目的：比较静脉用蔗糖铁与口服琥珀酸亚铁分别联合应用促红细胞生成素（EPO）治疗维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血的疗效与安全性。方法：将36例维持性血液透析存在肾性贫血的患者分成两组,静脉组应用蔗糖铁注射液,口服组应用琥珀酸亚铁片,两组均同时用EPO治疗;观察两组患者治疗第4周及第8周血红蛋白（Hb）、红细胞压积（HCT）、血清铁、铁蛋白（SF）、转铁饱和度（TSAT）、EPO用量并观察两组不良反应的出现。结果：治疗后Hb、HCT、血清铁、SF、TSAT两组均有升高,静脉组比口服组升高差异有统计学意义（p〈0.05）,且上升速度快于口服组;不良反应少于口服组。结论：静脉用蔗糖铁治疗维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血安全有效。
