摘    要:以nBuLi为引发剂,二乙二醇二甲醚(2G)作为结构调节剂,在丁二烯-苯乙烯负离子共聚体系中加入SnCl4或己二酸二乙酯(DEAP)进行偶联反应,研究了2G用量、不同聚合反应温度、偶联反应温度、偶联反应时间及共聚物不同链末端结构对偶联反应的影响。结果表明,随着2G添加量的增加、聚合反应温度及偶联反应温度的提高,存在偶联反应效率下降的趋势。在相同条件下SnCl4的偶联效率高于DEAP,且体系共聚物末端结构对偶联效率无明显影响

Abstract:The coupling reaction of S-SBR was studied by the coupling agent SnCl4 or DEAP with nBuLi as initiator and in the presence of Diglyme(2G).The effects of 2G amount,polymerization temperature,coupling reaction temperature and time,adding method of coupling agent and different end structure of copolymers on the coupling reaction were investigated.It was found that the coupling reaction efficiency decreased with the increase of 2G amount,polymerization and coupling reaction temperature.The effects of different end structure of copolymer on the coupling reaction efficiency were not obvious,and the coupling reaction efficiency of SnCl4 was higher than DEAP under the same condition.
