立井深孔爆破的若干技术问题

摘    要:以掏槽和光爆为主,就立井掘进深孔爆破中诸如炮眼深度,掏槽形式和掏槽参数,周边光面爆破参数和光爆装药结构,电磁雷管起爆系统等若干技术问题进行了探讨,提出了相应技术观点;较优的掏槽方式是两阶同深筒形直眼掏槽的孔内分段直眼掏槽;较合理的光爆装药结构是径向间隙不偶合和轴向垫层不偶合装药。

Abstract:Cutting blasting and smooth blasting are two key factors influencing blasting effects. The former influences circularly tunneling footage, and the later influences the shaping quality of shaft. In this paper, on the basis of theoretical analysis, model test and engineering practice, some major techniques of deep blasting in rock vertical shaft, such as hole depth, cutting form and cutting blasting parameters, smooth blasting charging structure and smooth blasting parameters, and electromagnetic induction detonator's detonating system et al are discussed, developing relevant technical concepts: the reasonable cutting forms are double equal-length straight cutting and long-hole staged straight cutting, and the reasonable smooth blasting charging structures are radial interval decoupled charge and axial layer decoupled charge.
