摘    要:为了克服普洱茶人工渥堆发酵带来的各种弊端,设计了一种基于C8051F020单片机的温湿度自动监测预警系统。将温度传感器DS18B20和湿度传感器HS1101应用到普洱茶渥堆发酵过程,改进发酵工艺,提高普洱茶品质。

Abstract:In light of the shortcomings of Pu-erh tea artificial pile fermentation process,an automatic temperature and humidity monitoring and warning system is designed based on MCU C8051F020.The temperature sensor DS18B20 and the humidity sensor HS1101 are used for Pu-erh tea fermentation in this design.Further more,the fermentation technics and the quality of Pu-erh tea are improved.
