早期血液灌流对老年急性有机磷中毒的临床疗效分析

目的:分析早期血液灌流(hemoperfusion,HP)对老年急性有机磷中毒的临床疗效。方法:收集2009年1月至2014年1月在我院接受治疗的老年急性有机磷中毒的患者76例;依据患者接受HP的时间,将76例患者分为观察组(≤8 h)及对照组(>8 h),分别为37例和39例。结果:观察组患者痊愈率显著高于对照组(χ~2=4.214,P=0.040);观察组死亡率显著低于对照组(χ~2=5.074,P=0.024);观察组患者发生ARDS的比例显著低于对照组(χ~2=4.116,P=0.043);入院3 d以后,观察组患者全血ACh E活力显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:HP对老年急性有机磷中毒的临床疗效可靠,且早期实施治疗可进一步提高疗效。

Analysis of Clinical effect of early hemoperfusion on acute organophospho-rus poisoning in elderly patients

Objective:To analyse clinical effect of early hemoperfusion(HP)on acute organophosphorus poisoning in elderly patients.Methods:76 cases of senile acute organophosphorus poisoning in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2014 were select-ed;According to the time of receiving HP,76 cases was divided into observation group(≤8 h,37 cases)and control group(>8 h,39 cases).Results:The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2 =5.074,P =0.024);The mortality of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ2 =5.074,P =0.024);the proportion of ARDS in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ2 =4.1 16,P =0.043);3 days after admission, the AChE activities in blood of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01 ).Conclusion:The Clinical effect of HP on senile acute organophosphorus poisoning is reliable,and the efficacy can be improved with early implemen-tation.
