摘    要:目的:探讨化疗药物渗漏性损伤治疗新方法的临床应用及相关机理。方法:随机抽取本院2012年3月至2015年3月肿瘤科化疗药物渗漏性损伤患者100例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组使用2%山莨菪碱进行局部封闭治疗后50%Mg SO4持续加压冷敷1 d后热敷,观察组使用2%山莨菪碱联合1%利多卡因进行局部封闭治疗后50%Mg SO4持续加压冷敷1 d后热敷,观察比较两组临床应用效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,皮肤损伤愈合时间显著短于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义。结论:2%山莨菪碱联用1%利多卡因能有效治疗化疗药物渗漏性损伤,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical application and related mechanism of new treatments for chemotherapy extravasa-tion injury.Methods:100 cases of oncology patients with chemotherapy extravasation injury who were hospitalized during March 2012 and March 2015,were randomly divided into two groups.50 patients in the control group were given 2% anisodamine for local closure therapy while patients in the observation group were given 2% anisodamine combined with 1 % lidocaine.All the patients were given cold compress with sustained pressure for 1 day and subsequently hot compress.50% MgSO4 was used both in the cold compress and the hot compress.The clinical effect was observed between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group,the time of skin wound healing was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:2% anisodamine combined with 1 % lidocaine can effectively treat chemotherapy ex-travasation injury.This therapy is worthy of clinical application and application.
