| 摘 要： | 目的探讨放射性肺损伤的CT诊断价值。方法回顾性分析28例发生放射性肺损伤患者的CT表现。结果放射性肺损伤的CT表现分为3种类型：毛玻璃样改变、斑片高密度影、纤维化。结论CT检查对胸部放疗患者进行观察、随访可以早期诊断放射性肺损伤的发生，并能作为同其他疾病鉴别的参考。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of computed tomography (CT) in radiation pulmonary injuries. Methods 28 cases of radiation pulmonary injuries were reviewed retrospectively. Results The CT findings of radiation pulmonary injuries could be classified into three types: ground-glass opacity, patchy consolidation, high density fibrous. Conclusion In the monitoring and follow-up of patients undergoing chest radiotherapy, CT can provide early diagnosis of radiation pulmonary injuries and helps to differentiate them from other diseases. |
