摘    要:由于传统的小艇收放装置性能不能满足高海况下安全收放的需要,使得安全事故频发,所以国际救生设备规则修正案提出了新的要求。根据这些最新要求,采用船舶运动补偿等技术,设计相应的辅助机构,使某型单臂回转型小艇收放装置具有减摆、波浪补偿、减震缓冲等功能,可以保证在四级海况下安全、可靠、快速进行小艇的释放和回收操作。

Abstract:Since the conventional davit performance cannot meet the security requirement of the launch and retraction under the high sea conditions,which often resulting in a safety accident,the LSA Code amendments put forward new requirements.According to these new requirements,it adopts the technology of ship motion compensation and designs corresponding auxiliary configuration in order to make a single arm rotary davit has the function of shimmy damper,wave compensation,shock absorption,and so on.It can guarantee the launch and retraction of the davit is safe,reliable and quick under the fourth level sea condition.
