基于SVM的软测量在原油含水率估算中的应用

摘    要:阐述了适用于原油高含水的电导式含水分析仪的工作原理,仿真研究了经验公式法的估算性能,深入分析了原有估算方法准确度不高的原因,提出了采用软测量方法提高估算准确度的思想。建立了基于SVM的原油含水率软测量模型,仿真结果表明了软测量技术对提高原油含水率估算准确度的有效性。

Abstract:In this paper, the working principle of sensor based on conductance which is suitable for the high water cut instance is expounded, and estimated performance of the simply empirical formula method by simulation is researched. The reason for inac- curacy of the original estimate method is analyzed, and the idea for improving the estimate accuracy by soft-sensing technique is proposed. Soft sensor model on water cut of crude oil based on SVM is established. The result of simulation research proves that soft-sensing technique is effective in improving estimate accuracy of water cut of crude oil.
