滚子链链板疲劳裂纹的萌生及扩展

摘    要:通过对带孔试件疲劳过程的动态观察,得到疲劳裂纹的萌生寿命及扩展速率;采用有限元法计算出在不同载荷及不同裂纹长度下带孔试件和标准链板(24A)的裂纹尖端应力强度因子幅值△K。从而,可以根据Paris公式da/dN=C(△K) ̄n得出滚子链链板疲劳裂纹的萌生及扩展规律。

Abstract:Initiation life and propagation rate of fatigue crack are obtained through dynamic observation of fatigue procedure of the specimen with aperture. Range of stressstrength factor of crack tip (△K) under different loads and crack lengths is caculated forthe specimen with aperture and standard chain plate (24A) with finite-element method.So the law about initiation and propagation of fatigue crack of roller chain plate is attained according to paris formula da/dN=C(△K) ̄n.
