| 摘 要： | 房产基础测绘是房产测绘的重要组成部分，房产基础测绘为城市综合开发、政府科学决策提供基础数据。房产测绘市场化是法律法规的要求，是未来我国房地产测绘的发展的一大趋势，房产测绘的市场化为房产基础测绘带来了一些不利影响，文章分析了这些不利影响，并提出房产市场化后基础测绘开展可采用的几种形式，对房产测绘市场化后，基础测绘开展工作进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The real estate fundamental surveying and mapping is an important part of real estate surveying and mapping, and provides basic data for the comprehensive development of the city and the scientific decision--making of the govern- ment. The marketization of real estate market is the requirements of laws and regulations . The marketization of the real estate surveying and mapping would bring some adverse effects to the fundamental surveying and mapping. This paper an- alyzes these adverse effects and introduces several working forms of real estate fundamental surveying＇and mapping when real estate surveying and mapping is marketized. |
