参麻通络胶囊治疗血管性痴呆60例疗效观察

目的观察参麻通络胶囊治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的VD患者120例随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。两组患者均给予基础对症治疗,在此基础上对照组应用吡拉西坦片,治疗组采用参麻通络胶囊治疗。观察两组患者简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)积分和中医证候积分疗效。结果治疗组MMSE、ADL积分均较治疗前有明显改善,且两项积分及中医证候积分疗效均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论参麻通络胶囊治疗VD具有显著疗效,且无明显毒副作用,值得临床进一步深入研究和推广。

Efficacy Observation of 60 Cases of Vascular Dementia Treated with Shenma Tongluo Capsules

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on vascular dementia treated with shenma tongluo capsules.Methods One hundred and twenty patients of vascular dementia,in compliance with the inclusive standards were randomized into a control group and a treatment group,60 cases in each one.The basic symptomatic treatment was applied in the two groups.Additionally,piracetam tablets were used in the control group,and shenma tongluo capsules were used in the treatment group.The mini-mental state examination（MMSE）,activities of daily living（ADL） and efficacy on TCM syndromes were observed in the patients of the two groups.Results The scores of MMSE and ADL in the treatment group were apparently improved as compared with those before treatment.The scores of MMSE and ADL,as well as the efficacy score of TCM syndromes were obviously better than those in the control group,indicating significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Shenma tongluo capsules achieve the significant efficacy on vascular dementia,without apparent toxic side effects and deserve to be further researched and promoted in clinic.
