基于德尔菲法构建急性脑卒中护理质量指标的研究

目的建立一套科学、客观、系统的急性脑卒中护理质量指标,为我国急性脑卒中管理的研究和实践提供参考依据。方法制定严密的文献检索策略,采用美国霍普金斯证据等级与质量评价方法评定检索到的文献质量,在借鉴国内外有关急性脑卒中护理质量指标研究成果的基础上,拟定急性脑卒中护理质量指标37条,利用专家小组讨论和德尔菲专家咨询法,对指标重要性、公式合理性及可行性进行评价。结果构建了一套包括17个指标在内的急性脑卒中护理质量指标。2轮专家咨询的有效回收率分别是92.00%和95.24%,专家的权威系数分别为0.84和0.85,2轮专家咨询后各项指标重要性的变异系数为0.09~0.23,计算公式合理性变异系数为0.08~0.21,收集资料方法可行性变异系数为0.10~0.24,均小于0.3。结论基于德尔菲法构建的急性脑卒中护理质量指标科学性强,可为我国急性脑卒中管理研究和实践提供参考依据。

Research on constructing nursing quality indicators on acute stroke based on Delphi method

Objective To construct scientific,objective and systematic nursing quality indicators on acute stroke to provide evidence for domestic management research and practice on acute stroke.Method Formulate rigorous literature retrieval strategies and make quality evaluation on literature by Johns Hopkins evidence level and quality evaluation method.Prepare 37 nursing quality indicators on acute stroke based on research results at home and abroad.Assess the importance,formula rationality and feasibility on each indicator by experts' consultation and Delphi Method.Result 17 indicators of nursing quality on acute stroke are constructed.Valid receive rates are 92.00％ and 95.24％ of two rounds of experts' consultation.Specialist authority coefficients are 0.84 and 0.85.Coefficients of variation after two rounds of experts' consultation is 0.09～0.23.Coefficient of variation on formula rationality is 0.08～0.21.Coefficient of variation on feasibility of collecting data method is 0.10～0.24.All coefficients are lower than 0.3.Conclusion Nursing quality indicators on acute stroke based on Delphi Method is highly scientific,which can provide evidence for domestic management research and practice.
