葛根素注射液不良反应文献分析与探讨

目的探讨葛根素注射液所致不良反应的一般规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索1997-2007年国内医药学术期刊报道的葛根素注射液致不良反应的文献,对其进行统计、分析。结果266例葛根素注射液致不良反应病例中,变态反应是最常见的不良反应,其次为溶血性贫血、药物热;最严重的不良反应为溶血性贫血、过敏性休克,甚至导致死亡。结论过敏体质者慎用葛根素,使用时严格掌握适应证,使用疗程不宜过长,并考虑个体化给药。

Literature analysis of adverse reactions induced by puerarin injection

Objective To study the general rules and characteristics of adverse reactions induced by puerarin injection in order to provide references for rational clinical drug use. Methods 266 cases of adverse reactions induced by puerarin injection reported in the domestic medical journals from 1997 to 2007 are were collected and analyzed. Results Allergies is the most common adverse reactions of puerarin injection. This is followed by hemolytic anemia,drug fever; the most serious adverse reactions are hemolytic anemia,allergic shock,or even leading to death. Conclusion Puerarin injection should be cautiously used in allergic patients and strictly control the use of indications. The use of treatment should not be too long,and also individual dose could be considered.
