光纤生物传感器中的探针匹配研究

摘    要:对基于倏逝波激发的光纤生物传感器中光纤探针的模式匹配理论进行了分析,自行构建了一套基于倏逝波激发的光纤生物传感器系统,研究了光纤探针部分的模式匹配程度对该传感器系统灵敏度的影响。实验分光纤探针置于空气中和蒸馏水中2种情况进行,分别对五组具有不同纤芯半径的光纤探针进行检测,实验结果表明:系统的荧光信号检测信噪比与光纤探针纤芯半径的关系曲线基本与模式匹配理论曲线相吻合。

Abstract:The theory of mode capability matching in fiber probe of evanescent wave fiber-optic biosensor is analysed and a system of evanescent wave fiber-optic biosensor with new configuration is constructed.The system sensitivity affected by the degree of mode matching in fiber probe is studied.Experiments are carried in two cases,one is that the probes are put in airs and the other is that the probes are put in water.Five groups of probe with different core radius in two cases are tested.The experiment results show that the curve which is ralationship between the system's detected fluorescent signal-to-noise ratio and the radius of the probe core conforms to the theory curve of the mode matching on the whole.
