穴位埋线治疗功能性消化不良浅识

目的]从中西医对功能性消化不良的浅见认识,探讨穴位埋线治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法]运用俞募配穴埋线治疗方法。取穴:中脘透下脘,脾俞透胃俞(均为双侧)、肝俞、足三里,观察门诊病例60例。结果]穴位埋线法对功能性消化不良疗效显著,值得临床推广运用。

On Treating Functional Dyspepsia With Acupoint Catgut-embedding Therapy

Objective]With the combination of the superficial view on functional dyspepsia in Chinese and Western medicine and acupoint catgut-embedding therapy,the paper disscusses the promient effect on functional dyspepsia.Method]Acupoint Catgut-embedding therapy was used to treat 60 cases of functional dyspepsia.Acupoints selection:penetrating zhongwan and xia wan,penetrating pi shu and wei shu,ganshu,zusanli.Result]24 cases cured(40%),14 cases effective(46.67%),on effect 4 cases(13.33%),and total effective percentage 86.67.Conclusion]Acupoint catgut-embedding therapy is prominently effective in treatingfunctional dyspesia and worth applying in clinic.
