路面冷铣刨机尾门接地压力和作业阻力分析计算

摘    要:铣刨机尾门接地压力的大小直接影响铣削料的回收率、铣槽底面的平整性和作业阻力的大小。详细分析了尾门接地压力和作业阻力的形成机理,建立了相应的计算模型,推导了尾门接地压力和作业阻力的计算公式,并进行了实例计算分析。分析结果表明:通过建立的理论模型和推导的计算公式,可得到铣刨机尾门接地压力和作业阻力的合理值;克服了以往尾门接地压力和作业阻力不能计算的难点,为铣刨机设计和控制提供了理论依据。
