摘    要:为了解决汪家寨煤矿P41102综放工作面回采过程瓦斯超限频繁等问题,通过在本煤层施工顺层钻孔进行瓦斯预抽,有效地降低了工作面回采过程中的瓦斯涌出量。同时,在采空区30 m范围埋设直径250 mm瓦斯抽放管对采空区瓦斯进行抽采,减少回风流的瓦斯浓度,在煤层顶板15m左右布置高位钻孔抽采上邻近卸压层瓦斯,效果明显,瓦斯抽采量达到27.05 m^3/min,瓦斯抽采率达到69.5%,工作面平均月进尺提高30 m以上,生产能力平均提高86 851.6 t/月,杜绝了瓦斯超限,保证了工作面的安全高效生产。

Abstract:In order to solve the frequent gas content over limit problem occurred during the mining process of No.P41102 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in Wangjiazhai Mine,with the boreholes layout along the mining seam for the gas drainage,the gas emission value from the mining process was effectively reduced.Within a 30 m scope in the goaf,the gas drainage pipeline with a diameter of 250 mm buried were applied to the gas drainage in the goaf.The gas content in the air retuning flow was reduced.High level boreholes set at the 15 m in the seam roof were applied to the pressure releasing and the gas drainage in the up neighboring strata with obvious effects.The gas drainage value was reached to 27.05 m3/min,the gas drainage rate was reached to 69.5% and the month advancing rate of the coal mining face was improved over 30 m.The month production capacity of the coal mining face was improved with 86 851.6 t in average.The elimination of the gas content over limit could ensure the safety and high efficient production of the coal mining face.
