加氢处理的润滑油基础油光安定性影响因素的研究

摘    要:将加氢处理润滑油基础油和糠醛精制润滑油基础油分离为氮化物、重芳烃、中芳烃、轻芳烃和饱和烃 ,测试了各组分对它们的光安定性的影响 ,发现重芳烃是使加氢处理润滑油基础油光安定性劣于糠醛精制润滑油基础油的主要原因。采用色谱 -质谱联用等方法 ,分析、对比了两种油的重芳烃部分的组成 ,发现前者重芳烃中含有大量的四环和四环以上的芳烃以及它们的部分饱和产物 ,而后者重芳烃中不含三环以上的芳烃 ,证实了多环芳烃和它们的部分饱和产物是造成加氢处理润滑油基础油光安定性差的原因。

Abstract:Hydrotreated base oils are superior to those lube base oils produced by furfural refining technology.However,they are sensitive to sunlight or ultraviolet radiation On exposure to light and oxygen,they became dark and formed a haze and deposited heavy sediments Based on previous work,nitrogen compound,polyaromatics and partially hydrogenated polyaromatics are suggested to be responsible for the instability of hydrotreated base oil,i e ,its sensitivity to sunlight Carboxylic acid and liquid solid chromatograpy were used to separate the hydrotreated base oil as well as the furfural refining base oil into nitrogen compounds,saturates,monoaromatics,diaromatics,polyaromatics The sensitivity to light of each portion was tested UV, 13 C NMR,GC MS were used to analyze these polyaromatics and partial hydrogenated polyaromatics It is discovered that there were tetranuclear aromatics,polyaromatics with more than four rings and their partially hydrogenated compounds in the hydrotreated base oil,while no polyaromatics with more than three rings were found in the furfural refining base oil Therefore,a conclusion can be drawn that it is polyaromatics and their partially hydrogenated compounds that make hydroteated base oils more sensitive to light than the lube base oils produced by furfural refining technology
