喷水织机上喷水速度的测试分析

摘    要:通过应用激光多普勒测速法对喷水织机上喷水速度的测试,得出了喷水速度在梭口轴心线上的分布及其变化规律。在此基础上对喷水系统结构进行了分析,指出进一步提高喷水速度、增长有效喷水引纬时间和应用接力喷水引纬是提高喷水织机入纬率及扩大织幅的有效途径,同时指出了影响试验数据准确性的主要因素。

Abstract:On the basis of the testing of the speed of water jet in the water jet looms by laser doppler tester, the distribution of the speed of water jet at the axis of the shed and its regularity are obtained. Based on the above the water jet system is analyzed and it is pointed out that increasing the water jet speed more,prolonging the effective jet time as well as applying relay water jet insertion are the main effective approaches to increase filling insertion rate and to widen the reed space of the loom. At the some time the main factors affecting the precision of testing data is also pointed out.
