摘    要:针对飞机客舱爆炸物或可疑爆炸物的应急处置难题,提出一种航空餐车内置式防爆罐。为研究防爆罐的抗爆性能,采用S-ALE和流固耦合(FSI)方法,基于LS-DYNA软件建立防爆罐的仿真模型,研究防爆罐内部爆炸载荷的分布规律和衰减规律,分析防爆罐吸能效果。对防爆罐结构强度进行了评估与优化,在防爆罐盖体退刀槽外侧增加材料,降低盖体塑性应变,提高安全系数。

Abstract:In order to dispose of the explosives and suspected explosives in the aircraft cabin, an anti-explosion container used in airline cart was introduced. Based on the analysis method of S-ALE and fluid structure interaction(FSI), the simulation model of the anti-explosion container was setup via the LS-DYNA. The distribution and attenuation of explosion in the container was investigated, and the energy absorption effect of anti-explosion container was also analyzed. The strength of the container was estimated and the structural reinforcement was made according to the simulation. The plastic strain of cap was reduced and the safety coefficient was increased by adding materials outside the undercut of explosion-proof tank cover.
