摘    要:现有600 MW机组凝结水泵通过调整凝结水主副调节阀开度来实现凝结水流量和压力,凝结水母管节流损失大,凝泵电机的输出功率很大部分消耗在截流损失上。通过研究永磁调速节能技术,对凝泵进行了永磁调速节能改造,系统运行可靠稳定,调速范围和调速精度满足了系统运行要求,节能效果非常明显。

Abstract:In the 600 MW unit condensate pump,the condensate water flow and pressure are generated by adjusting the opening of condensate water main and auxiliary valve,leading to big losses in main pipe throttle.Thus the output power of condensate pump motor is mostly consumed by throttle losses.In this paper,the energy-saving technology of permanent magnetic speeder is applied to transform the condensate pump.Thereby speed regulation range and accuracy canmeet the system requirements,achieving reliable and stable system operation and remarkable energy-saving effect.
