摘    要:目的:从专利信息角度入手对医学人工智能产业进行分析,以期实现该行业长久快速发展。方法:利用国家知识产权局专利数据库构建检索策略,对检索结果从专利态势、申请人实力和技术层面进行分析。结果:我国医学人工智能领域专利数量自2008年开始逐年上升,国内专利申请量主要集中在广东、北京和江苏等发达地区,申请人中来华企业属于技术领导者和潜在竞争者,我国申请人大部分属于技术活跃者。专利技术分布在A61B(诊断外科)、A61H(理疗装置)等小类,识别图形、图像分析以及数字计算和数据处理等是我国医学人工智能领域的研究热点。结论:我国在医学人工智能领域属于技术活跃者,但专利质量仍是阻碍领域发展的短板,产业化程度和研发效率相对较低也是亟待解决的问题。医学影像学的人工智能技术发展表现突出,是实现领域创新的难得机遇。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the medical artificial intelligence industry in our country based on patent information in order to promote its rapid development. Methods The strategy for retrieving patents in medical artificial intelligence industry was worked out using the patent database of State Intellectual property Administration of People''s Republic of China. The results of retrieved patents were analyzed in aspects of patent situation, patent applicator strength and patent technology. Results The number of patents in domestic medical artificial intelligence industry began to increase year by year from 2008 and was centralized in the developed regions, such as Guangdong Province, Beijing and Jiangsu Province. The patent applicators from foreign enterprises in China were the leader and potential competitor in patent technology while most of the Chinese patent applicators were the activator in patent technology. The patent technology was distributed in small categories, such as A61B (diagnostic surgery) and A61H (physical therapy equipments). Recognition map, image analysis, digital computation and data processing were the hotspots in studies on domestic medical artificial intelligence industry. Conclusion Our country is the activator in medical artificial intelligence industry. However, the academic level of patents is still a barrier for the development of medical artificial intelligence industry in our country. The low industrialization level and R&D efficiency are needed to be urgently improved. The rapid development of medical imaging artificial intelligence technology is a good opportunity for the innovation of medical artificial intelligence industry.
