变压器风扇在不同转向下冷却器散热效果分析

摘    要:结合芦花220kV变电站主变风冷系统的改造工作,分析变压器风扇在不同转向情况下散热器散热效果。分析结果表明:电力变压器风扇采用前吹方式较后吹方式能更好的发挥散热器的散热效率,且不易积累灰尘,最大限度地缩短了运行维护周期,保证了变压器的可靠运行。

Abstract:Combining with the air cooling system transformation of transformer in Luhua 220 kV substation, analyzest he cooler radiation efficiency of transformer for different steering conditions of the fan. The analysis result shows that front-loading fan is better than rear fan to exert radiation effi- ciency of the cooler, and not easy to accumulate dust, shorten the maintenance period, ensure the reli- able operation of the transformer.
