钢铁生产流程物质转化与能量转换评价指标

摘    要: 为了量化描述钢铁生产制造流程的物质转化与能量转换效率,区分不同钢铁产品制造流程的物质转化与能量转换效果,基于对钢铁制造的炼铁-炼钢-连铸-热轧主流程及其主工序/装置的制造单元物质转化与能量转换特征的分析,提出了以流程物质转化率和流程能量耗散率、过程物质转化率和过程能量耗散率分别作为制造流程和制造单元评价指标的多尺度评价方法。采用某钢铁企业炼钢厂全流程的生产实绩数据,计算了制造流程的物质转化与能量转换效率,发现同类型钢种经过不同的流程其效率有所不同,同时不同制造单元之间衔接关系的紧密程度也会对流程物质转化与能量转换产生明显影响。该评价方法可为物质能量协同优化的生产管控提供指导。

Abstract:To quantitative describing the efficiency of material transformation and energy conversion and distinguish the effects of material transformation and energy conversion of different manufacturing flow in steel production,based on the material transformation and energy conversion characteristic analysis of the main manufacturing flow of ironmaking-steelmaking-continuous casting-hot rolling and manufacturing unit of stage/device,a multi-scale evaluation method is proposed,which takes the flow material conversion rate and flow energy dissipation rate as manufacturing flow evaluation indexes,and the process material conversion rate and process energy dissipation rate as manufacturing units evaluation indexes. Some actual production data of steelmaking plants are adopted to calculate the efficiency of material transformation and energy conversion. It is found that the material transformation and energy conversion of the same type of steel varies with different production flow,and different manufacturing units and their cohesive relationship influence the material transformation and energy conversion of the manufacturing flow. The results show that the evaluation method can provide guidance for the collaborative optimization of material and energy in the production control.
