| 摘 要： | 论述了机车车辆测试性和技术诊断的基本概念。阐明了测试性和技术诊断对机车车辆维修的重要性。提出了机车车辆测试性的定性和定量要求,以及应该注意的关键问题。另外,对于3种诊断方式(人工诊断、应用自动检测设备进行诊断和应用机内检测系统进行诊断)及其选择进行了阐述。介绍了机车车辆常用的故障诊断方法(振动诊断技术、声诊断技术、红外线诊断技术、润滑油分析技术和性能趋向监测等)及其质量要求。
