附子膨大充实期干物质及有效成分积累规律研究

摘    要:目的:通过对附子膨大充实期干物质及有效成分积累规律研究,为附子适宜采收期的确定提供依据。方法:定期采样,测定附子的鲜重、干重、折干率;滴定法检测生物碱含量;HPLC法同时测定3种双酯型生物碱新乌头碱、乌头碱、次乌头碱的含量。结果:在膨大充实期内,附子生长分为快速增长期、稳定期、衰减期三个阶段;生物碱的含量在一定范围波动,新乌头碱、乌头碱、次乌头碱的含量增长缓慢;生物碱总量、新乌头碱总量、乌头碱总量、次乌头碱总量在4月下旬至6月中旬随着块根增大呈现快速增长,于6月下旬趋于平稳,7月上旬后因处于高温高湿季节,地下块根逐渐腐烂而下降。结论:6月下旬至7月上旬,江油附子正处于产量与有效成分含量的最高和稳定期,为适宜采收期。
