摘    要:国内外关于虚拟企业整体协作的研究仍限于定性分析,缺乏定量描述随市场需求动态演变的协作关系方法或模型。动态层次协作模型旨在定量描述虚拟企业协作关系的动态演变。该模型首先整体地静态描述虚拟企业的协作关系,然后分析如何利用有限马尔可夫链和贝叶斯法则动态描述虚拟企业的协作关系——包括协作关系建立和协作关系种类选择的演变过程,并讨论在新市场需求下企业将如何选择最优行动集。动态层次协作模型不仅能动态描述虚拟企业的协作关系,还能使管理人员依据这些描述,预测企业面临新市场需求时的行为。

Abstract:The research on cooperative work of virtual enterprise is still in qualitative analysis phase and lacks the methods or models that can quantitatively describe the dynamical evolution of virtual enterprise cooperative relationships. To solve this problem, a dynamic hierarchical cooperation model (DHCM) is proposed. Firstly, the static profile of DHCM is given to describe the cooperative relationships of a virtual enterprise statically. Then how to use limited Markov chain and Bayes' rule to dynamically describe the evolution of cooperative relationships of a virtual enterprise, specifically the evolution of cooperative relationships building and cooperative relationships selecting, is analyzed. Finally, how to optimize relative action sets during the evolution is discussed. By this model, managers can not only quantitatively describe the dynamic cooperative relationships among the enterprise entities of a virtual enterprise, but also be able to predict the adaptive actions when a virtual enterprise facing new market requirements, which is very helpful for decision-making.
