十堰农村0～6岁儿童意外伤害影响因素研究

目的 :了解十堰地区农村儿童意外伤害影响因素 ,为制定干预措施提供理论依据。方法 :采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取研究对象 ;采用问卷式调查方法 ,调查儿童一般情况和意外伤害情况。资料采用Foxpro建立数据库后采用卡方检验或Logistic回归分析进行统计分析。结果 :十堰农村 0～ 6岁儿童意外伤害发生率为 2 9.6 0 % ;儿童性别、性格特征、生活能力等是农村儿童意外伤害发生的影响因素。结论 :意外伤害是十堰农村 0～ 6岁儿童不容忽视的问题 ,严重影响儿童的健康成长 ,有必要采取有效措施减少意外伤害的发生。

The related factors study of unintentional injuries in rural children under six in Shiyan City

Objective To explore the related factors of unintentional injuries among rural children in Shiyan city,and to provide some theoretical basis for carrying out the effective interventions to reduce the incidence of unintentional injuries of children.Methods The cluster random sampling methods were conducted among the 527 children who were aged 0～6 years old between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2001.The questionnaire included the child' general information and unintentional injuries' information. Database was set up with Foxpro, and the data was analyzed using Chi-square test, exact Fishers, T test and logistic regression.Results The morbidity of unintentional injuries of rural children of Shiyan City was 29.06%. The result indicates the following factors can affect the incidence of countryside children, such as: children's gender, personality, living ability, et al.Conclusion The incidence of rural children's unintentional injuries in the study village of Shiyan city is high, and it is an important problem for children. It's necessary to adopt effective measure to prevent the happening of unintentional injuries.
