| 摘 要： | 目的 通过分析9例桥本病的临床治疗，探讨其诊断及治疗方案。方法应用甲状腺大部切除要作为治疗主要手段。结果 9例痊愈，其中8例经病理证实合并有其它甲状腺疾病。结论 准确的诊断对于手术方式和范围的选择十分关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the clinical treatment of nine patients with Hashimoto's disease and to explore the diagnosis and therapeutic plan. Methods Sobtotal thyroidectomy was used to treat this disease. Results Nine cases were cured. By pathological examination eight-of nine cases were identified that they were complicated with other thyroid disease. Conclusion Correct diagnosis is important for the choice of operative method and its range. |
